FAQ’s for Online Purchases:

Can I purchase anything on the website? 
Yes, all products on our website are available for purchase. In-Store exclusive items may not shown or sold on the web. 

Can I place an order online and pick it up at the location closest to me? 
Yes, at the time of checkout we will provide you with each of our 3 locations as an option for pick-up. You can then select the one closest to you and we will ensure your order is at this location.

Do you deliver online purchases everywhere? 
We currently offer local delivery within 50 miles from Zip code 01089. 

How do I cancel/change an online order? 
If you need to cancel or change an order it is very important that you reach out to customer service to do so instead of attempting to cancel or change within your online account. Reaching out to customer service is the quickest, and most efficient way to ensure all changes or cancellations are completed correctly.

Can I return items from an online order? 
NO, we do not except any returns at this time. Our return policy is the same for orders placed online as orders purchased in-store. To continue to be able to offer our customers the best value in furnishings for their home while keeping our everyday low pricing, Dream Decor has a limited return policy. With this policy, we strive to satisfy all of our customers, be fair, and continue to offer the very best in value. 

Can I apply my gift card to online purchases? 
Gift cards from Dream Décor’s can only be redeemed in one of our 3 store locations. They cannot be applied to online orders as of yet. 

What are my payment options? 
In-store you can pay via:

  • Multiple Financing Options

Do you offer gift cards? 
Yes, Dream Decor offers gift cards for purchase in store only. They may be purchased online or in stores for any dollar amount.

I lost my gift card. What are my options? 
Dream Decor will re-issue the gift card to the purchaser with the remaining balance. A receipt and valid ID is required.
 

Do your gift cards ever expire? 
Dream Décor’s gift cards never expire.

What types of Furniture Protection Plans do you offer? 
In order to extend the protection of your furniture for five full years, Dream Decor offers the peace of mind of a 5-Year Protection Plan that can be purchased for as low as $49. Prices vary. Please see our Furniture Warranty page. 

Do you offer financing on furniture purchases? 
Yes, we offer multiple financing options. You can learn more about them by clicking here. 

If I purchase something in the store, can I take it home with me that day? 
If the items you purchase are available immediately at the store where you made the purchase, we’ll gladly prepare your order for instant pickup. 

Who do I call when the stores are closed? 
You may leave a message, send us an email or submit your contact info online and we will get back to you at our earliest convenience.

Do you remove old furniture? 
Dream Decor does not pick up and dispose of your old furniture. 

I just got my furniture home and it doesn't fit. What should I do? 
We really stress the importance of measuring before you buy and sincerely hope you don’t run into this issue… it’s no fun! But if you get your furniture home and it does not fit, please contact our Customer Service Department and they will assist you in understanding your options.

DREAM DECOR'S RETURN POLICY

In order to offer our customers the best value in home décor & furnishings while keeping our dedication to low pricing, Dream Decor has a limited return policy. This is so we can continue striving to satisfy all of our customers, be fair and honest, and continue to offer the very best value. 

Home Goods, Decor & General Household Items
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, return the merchandise accompanied by the original receipt within 10 days of purchase, for an exchange or store credit. Please read our specific return policy.

Exchanges/Returns with Original Receipt: Your purchase may be exchanged or returned for store credit for items in sale-able condition as purchased in the original packaging, including the Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals, parts, and your original receipt or packing slip. All Item(s) must be unused, odor free and like new. Returns with receipts over 10 days or without a receipt will be refused. We carefully monitor returns and exchanges. Dream Décor reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of any merchandise that fails to meet its exchange/return requirements. 

Clearance Items, Floor Models, Samples, As-Is Merchandise, Apparel, Undergarments, Jewelry or Open Box Items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged. All sales are final.

Furniture & Mattress: These items cannot be returned once the customer takes possession. If product is within warranty terms, we will assist customers in the process with manufacturers.

DREAM DECOR'S TERMS & CONDITIONS
Price Adjustments: A one-time price adjustment on previous purchases will be honored within 5 days of purchase date-only with original product(s) & receipt. Store credit will be issued for the difference. 

Special Orders: Product availability is estimated according to information on hand. Not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers’ scheduling, stock on hand availability of materials, transportation difficulty or any other cause beyond the control of our efforts. Most orders can take 2 or more weeks to arrive. 

Layaway Policy: All layaways are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please see our layaway plans & guidelines.
Home Delivery & Shipping Policy: All orders selected for delivery are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please see our delivery policy, plans & guidelines.

Pick-Up Policy: All items being picked up must be inspected at time of pick up by the customer or the authorized personnel. If the customer neglects to inspect the item and later submits a claim for damages, all related claims will be refused. If you find that your item is missing hardware or parts, please call us immediately so we can supply you with necessary hardware or parts. Claims must be initiated within 5 days after taking possession of product. 

Furniture & Mattress Warranty: We do not offer any warranty on any product except what is set forth by the Manufacturer’s warranties under terms and conditions. All Manufacturers’ warranty claims require a set process and a set time frame to be resolved. If you are within your warranty terms we will be happy to assist with the process. All of our Manufacturers require the original store issued receipt to customer to process and accept any claims. Please see our specific manufacturer’s terms and conditions of warranty on our website or ask store associates for details. 

Battery & Electrical Components: All items that require electrical power or batteries for operations are warrantied for 14 days for normal use.
